Adecco US, Inc. Production Engineer in Hopewell, Virginia

Adecco is hiring immediately for Production Engineers at a local client in Hopewell, VA. Production Engineers do essential jobs with one of our premier clients, with Annual pay ranges from $94,068-$109,070 per year, plus available overtime. In this role, you will analyze, develop, and implement systems and processes to ensure optimized quality and stable operations for the EC unit, while providing technical expertise and knowledge transfer to supervisors, managers, and operators.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering

  • 5+ years’ chemical plant manufacturing experience

  • Previous Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) batch manufacturing experience

  • Delta-V and SAP experience

  • Experience in or knowledge of using Lean Six Sigma processes

  • Excellent written and oral communications

  • Proven data analysis and problem-solving skills

  • Proven planning and organization skills

  • Self-starter with urgency for delivering results

  • Hazard Analysis - HAZOP, PHA, Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO Systems

  • Must be able to handle multiple projects concurrently and work in a team environment
