Description

Our client is looking for an AP clerk in their Procure to Pay department. They are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and analytical skills to focus on vendor statement reconciliation and invoice processing. The ideal candidate should have GRIR knowledge and experience using SAP.

Responsibilities:

• Manage vendor statement reconciliation

• Processing invoices through a 3-way match

• Use analytical skills to solve complex payment and invoicing issues

• Demonstrate strong GRIR knowledge

• Timely and effective handling of projects, meeting tight deadlines

• Experience in pivot tables/ V-lookup is a must

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role, particularly within a Procure to Pay department

• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail

• Must be able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure

• Proficient in pivot tables/V-lookup

• Extensive experience with SAP

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Able to work independently and as part of a team
