Description

Our client is looking for a contract AP Specialist to work a project for 3-4 months. If you are interested in working with this organization and are able to work 100% onsite, please apply today!

Responsibilities

• Oversee the receipt, review, and verification of invoices and purchase orders for accuracy and compliance with company policies.

• Enter and upload invoices into the accounting system.

• Execute electronic transfers and payments.

• Maintain and update vendor files and records.

• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.

• Ensure accurate and timely payments to vendors.

• Reconcile accounts payable transactions.

• Prepare analysis of accounts and monitor aging reports.

• Assist in month-end closing by providing necessary reports and documentation.

• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Requirements

To be considered you must have the following experience:

• 2-4 years working as an AP Specialist

• Strong vendor communication skills

• NetSuite software experience
