Insight Global is seeking a Application Support Manager for a technology client based in Houston, TX. In this role, you will transform our application support operations from the old-fashioned reactive break-and-fix model to a strategic partner that creates real value and helps the business gain a competitive edge through technology-driven innovations.

Skills and Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in computer science (Must), information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

- A minimum of 10 years in a leadership role, with 5 years of experience in application support and a proven track record of success, specifically in project management and supporting business applications, such as ERP systems, data warehouse, and CRM

- In-depth knowledge of IT service management methodologies (e.g., ITIL)

- Experience with ticketing systems, knowledge base, and configuration management tools

- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and automation tools (e.g., Robotic Process Automation) to enhance support for AI and ERP systems

- Certifications in Project Management and ITIL are highly desired-PMP - Knowledge of accounting and financial principles and experience with Dynamics, InEight, Coupa, Salesforce, and financial planning tools are highly preferred null
