Adecco US, Inc. Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Houston, Texas

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support. Your ability to communicate effectively in both languages will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving inquiries promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner.

  • Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experiences.

  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.

  • Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.

Pay Details: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
