The Customer Service Representative will provide high-quality customer support to utility customers in both English and Spanish, handling inquiries related to billing, service requests, account management, and general utility services. The role involves troubleshooting customer issues, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information. Must have your own laptop, two monitors, and a USB headset to qualify for this position. This position is contract and will end on 1/25/2024.

salary: $17.99 - $18 per hour

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries in both English and Spanish, including questions about utility bills, service interruptions, account setups, disconnections, and more.

• Assist customers in understanding their bills, resolving billing discrepancies, and facilitating payments.

• Process requests for new service, transfers, or terminations of utility services.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues, providing accurate solutions and guidance for technical problems (e.g., power outages, water issues).

Must have your own laptop, two monitors, and a USB headset to qualify for this position. This position is contract and will end on 1/25/2024.
