Position Summary:
We are looking for an autonomous, driven, and goal-oriented Outside Sales Representative who is committed to excellence. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, motivated to be the best, and eager to represent the best. This role requires initiative, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet face-to-face with new prospects from inbound calls and existing customers from technician referrals and present pest control solutions.
Proactively prospect and generate new leads through door-to-door canvassing, networking, and referrals.
Present and effectively communicate the benefits of Natran Green Pest Control’s services to potential customers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in green pest control solutions.
Accurately document sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to support overall company goals.
Qualifications:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to build rapport and close sales.
Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Genuine interest in environmentally friendly products and services.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
