Description and Requirements
岗位职责：
代码编写与维护：根据业务需求，进行Java后端代码的开发、测试和维护，确保代码质量。
性能调优：对系统进行性能分析，找出瓶颈并进行优化，提升系统的处理能力和响应速度。
文档编写：参与系统详细设计与实现，包括完整主体功能及相关文档的编写，确保团队成员之间的信息同步和沟通顺畅。
团队协作：与产品经理、UI设计师、前端工程师等团队成员紧密合作，确保项目的顺利进行
职位要求：
学历与经验：计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历，5年以上Java开发工作经验。
技术能力：
精通Java编程语言，熟悉JVM原理、Java内存模型等底层知识。
熟悉Spring、MyBatis等主流Java框架，有实际项目经验。
熟悉MySQL、Oracle等关系型数据库，了解Redis、Memcached等缓存技术。
熟悉Linux操作系统，具备基本的Shell脚本编写能力。
了解微服务架构、Docker容器技术、Kubernetes容器编排等现代技术栈。
沟通能力：具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够清晰表达自己的想法和需求。
责任心强：抗压能力强，有强烈的责任心和团队合作精神。
