Banco de talentos - Implementation Consultant Tasy

Your role:

The Implementation Consultant is responsible for installing, configuring, testing, maintaining, and supporting hardware and software solutions. They collaborate with clients worldwide to design and optimize Philips solutions, requiring strong design talent and understanding of technical and customer best practices.

You are responsible for:

• Collaborate on fulfilling technical implementation deliverables such as detailed design documentation, system build, configuration and testing

• Based on customer requirements, serves as a consultant to provide recommendations that best suit customer needs

• Resolve functional issues and offer proactive support on our product

· Documentation of solutions to ensure support teams and other consultants can participate in support and onward development

· Develop interfaces and user reports using our Tasy structure

• Practices configuration management and version control

You're the right fit if:

• Experience and affinity with an Healthcare environment ( Nurse, doctor, chemical engineer, pharmacy or related )

· Intermediate or Advanced English

• Availability to travel within Mexico

• Knowledge in SQL, software or database administration

• Basic knowledge about PMI Methodology

• Knowledge about good practices for documentation and Business Process Modeling skills

• Knowledge about NOM’s and regulatory standards for México (Preferred)
