Boeing's Human Resources (HR) function is currently seeking an Experienced Human Resources Generalist (HRG) to join its HR team in Huntington Beach, CA .

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, inclusive team aimed at shaping the future of HR at Boeing to drive business value for the Huntington Beach as well as Maritime and Information Systems portfolio. By partnering with managers, and employees, you will have a critical role in driving business value, a best-in-class employee experience, and effective delivery of HR programs, services, and support.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Deploys and administers HR programs, policies, practices and processes

  • Develops and/or implements integrated HR initiatives and solutions to advance organizational objectives

  • Tracks and analyzes staffing and diversity strategy performance and recommends or implements corrective solutions

  • Partners with leadership to implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives

  • Conducts employee investigations, tracks and monitors case activities

  • Provides resolution to the HR related inquiries on elevated issues

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in HR or Employee Relations

  • 3+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices, and processes

  • 3+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes

  • 3+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions

  • 3+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement

  • 3+ years of experience partnering and strategizing HR initiatives with senior leaders

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Human Resources certification (SHRM and/or PHR Certification)

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher

  • Experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders

  • Collaboration across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final product

  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, high-impact communication style

Typical Education/Experience:

Typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $87,550 - $118,450
