As a CNC Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process by operating and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient and accurate machining of parts according to engineering specifications. Machine Setup and Operation:

• Collaborate with programmers and engineers to optimize machining processes.

Maintenance:

• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal functionality.

Responsibilities

CNC Machining:

• Proficient in setting up and operating CNC machines for precise and accurate production.

• Experience with programming CNC machines using G-code and CAD/CAM software.

Plastic Machine Operations:

• Skilled in the setup and operation of plastic injection molding machines.

• Familiarity with various types of plastics and their specific processing requirements.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plastic molding processes.

Precision Measurement:

• Accurate use of calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments to ensure product quality.

• Understanding of blueprint reading and interpretation.

Safety Compliance:

• Strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment.

• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.

Quality Control:

• Proven ability to perform quality inspections on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
