Education/Months/Years of Experience:

Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in a technical, science or business discipline from an accredited* college/university and 3 years of experience in one of the following areas, as related to the respective job required: Communication, Logistics, Operations, Finance, Personnel/Human Resource Management, Program Management, Process Improvement, Safety, Security, and Environmental specialties; or an Associate's Degree and 5 years of applicable experience in the assigned specialty area; or 7 years of experience performing the job duties in the assigned specialty area; or 7 years of military training in the assigned specialty area, or a combination thereof. e. Program Analyst - 2 years of the required experience must include experience coordinating projects; collecting data, reviewing technical documents compiling statistics and data for projects; writing narratives, managing the execution of inspection programs, creating, monitoring, and maintaining audit files for program compliance.

Required Qualifications:

U. S. Citizenship. A valid drivers license. Must have or be able to acquire a security clearance.

Skills Needed:

Duties:

The technical analyst position supports the RTC ECL Division in the analysis and presentation of data collected during ECL testing on aviation and ground platforms, support equipment, and weapon systems. Duties include ECL data analysis, technical writing and editing of documentation. Duties include detailed data analysis of plots, graphs, technical specifications, test documentation, and test specific data at ECL. This position will work closely with the test engineer, test technicians, and the documentation team to ensure all aspects of ECL testing is captured and analyzed for completeness. Receives and interprets technical direction from test engineers or subject matter experts, notes or manuals, and other data relative to ECL test procedures. Ensures technical documentation is accurate, complete, and meets editorial and government MIL-STD specifications and adheres to standards for quality of technical content, graphics, coverage, format, and style. Prefer the ability to accesses, stores, and distribute CLASSIFIED/SECRET/Proprietary information. The individual will assist engineers with capturing detailed procedures for ECL operations. Also, candidate will work with teams on test specifications and documentation requirements requiring the ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures. They will be required to apply knowledge of test procedures, military standards (MIL-STDs), military specifications (MIL-SPECs), military performance specifications (MIL-PRFs), etc. as well as aerospace and other relevant standards in order to produce technically-oriented documentation for that meet technical writing principles and Redstone Test Center (RTC) standards.

An analyst with notable experience in technical writing, editing, and CUI marking is required to transition the electrical repair parts lab from the current documentation procedure to the more detailed, more laborious process and final product. Documentation will include technical engineering descriptions of processes and results to include datasheets and photographic evidence. This process will also require that the analyst be involved in database management and specific lab testing observation, as well as maintaining ongoing safety and quality documentation (TRRs, TSRAs, and procedures).
