Amazon Content & Communication Program Manager in Hyderabad, India

The Audits & Insights Team (AIT) is seeking a seasoned Content and Communication Program Manager (PM) to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing an aggressive content program roadmap, ensuring our global AIT auditors have the resources they need to succeed. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a cross functional, fast-paced environment; has good program management and communication skills.

The C&C team plays a vital role in supporting AIT by developing and delivering high-quality content for our global auditors. This includes standard operating procedures (SOPs), call guides, and emails. You will be leading the charge in creating a comprehensive content strategy and efficient processes to ensure our auditors have the information they need, when they need it.

Basic qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in program or project management

• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

• Proven ability to develop and execute content plans for a global audience.

• Experience with content management systems (CMS) a plus.

• Good verbal and written communicator; experience in engaging multiple stakeholders.

• Data skills and the ability to understand how learning activities and responsibilities play into the metrics that drive team success

• The ability to work in fast-paced ambiguous environments, adapting quickly to changing circumstances, processes and priorities

• Full proficiency in MS Office

• Desire to think beyond traditional classroom training experiences and innovate in the C&C space

• Detail-oriented, team-focused, and a quick problem-solver

Preferred qualifications

• Demonstrated use of multiple C&C methods and linking appropriate methods with audit operations and outcomes

• Industry certifications in instructional design, curriculum development, performance improvement, project management, and content-specific certifications as appropriate

• Experience as an C&C Business partner for an operations focused organization

• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels to understand their role in employee development and help build their skills

• Familiarity with online Content and Communication management technology (e.g., Policy 2.0 or Yoda)

Key job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Development: Define and develop content strategies and processes for rapid, flexible development and maintenance of SOPs, call guides, and emails for AIT auditors.

Content Delivery Strategy: Create a comprehensive content delivery strategy for our global audit operations group, while establishing scalable processes for implementation.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Manage the collection, interpretation, and analysis of data. Report conclusions and make recommendations to leaders and stakeholders.

Metrics Development & Improvement: Design new metrics and enhance existing ones to support the future state of business processes and ensure sustainability and scalability.

Independent & Resourceful: Be independently driven and resourceful, delivering results with minimal direction while maintaining a good sense of urgency and commitment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build trust and collaborate effectively with operations teams to achieve shared goals.

Basic Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)

  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
