Microsoft Corporation Principal Product Manager in Hyderabad, India

We are looking for a passionate product leader to define and deliver new ways to be productive on both screens, while at work, school, or home. You will be driving the area from strategy building to execution to GTM. You will enable customer success and business growth by evangelizing and driving investments towards new customer value that unblocks adoption, delights customers and strive to build new business opportunities for Microsoft.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end product solutions, including competitive research, requirements definition, user experience, and delivery of capabilities.

  • Spearhead the adoption and engagement of Microsoft 365, collaborating closely with partners and different functions to integrate AIOps solutions into their operations.

  • Engage with internal and external users to understand their needs and build product capabilities to meet those requirements effectively.

  • Be creative, entrepreneurial and data driven – define product hypothesis, conduct experiments, learn, and improve.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders, ensuring alignment of goals and facilitating seamless collaboration.

  • Monitor and report on the impact of product, using data-driven insights to guide future enhancements.

Remain up to date on latest industry and competitive trends and anticipate changes

  • Engage with customers and internal preview users, and triage, prioritize, and address customer feedback.

  • Regularly present new product plans, strategy, demos, competitive reviews, and more to the leadership team.

Qualifications

We’re looking for a strong PM with a passion for building product, deep customer obsession, the ability to forge strong cross-org partnerships to achieve business growth, and drive for progress through data-driven methodology.

Required

  • 10+ years of program/product management experience delivering end-user facing products.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computers, or related field or MBA with product management or Equivalent experience 

  • Experience launching multiple iterations of products to customers in market and worked on different phases of product management.  

  • As a thought leader, has demonstrated product success and learning.

Preferred 

  • Design thinking, structured problem solving, data driven decision making and analytical skills.

  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • A strong background of influencing others and creating impactful results.

  • Proven ability to lead collaboration across teams and across levels of management. 

  • Proven ability to be a role model in a healthy team culture of diversity, inclusion, belonging, and collaboration.

  • Demonstrated passion and empathy for understanding customer scenarios and experiences.

  • Critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, a history of solving complex problems and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
