Responsibilities

· Own planning and driving roadmap to support AI/ML scenarios, Agility, and High-efficiency Ops areas. Triage partner experience and investigate industry best practices to drive rapid and strong execution cycles.

· Define and maintain platform scenario KPI, publish and drive adherence to SLO across the organization

· Define the right metrics and measure performance and availability levels on each area of responsibility to drive continuous improvement for the platform.

· Represent the team’s work and impact across multiple forums including with senior leadership key customers and essential dependencies.

· Foster a collaborative culture within the local and global engineering teams to generate clarity on complex novel scenarios and inspire collaboration across multiple teams.

· Evangelize the platform and its features to customers, leadership, and dependencies.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years' experience in product/service/project/program management or Software Development

· Experience building and executing a Product roadmap that supports multiple Customers with track record of end-to-end execution

· Understanding of large-scale infrastructure operations to drive roadmaps within the scale, availability and performance those systems expect. · Good track record of effective stakeholder/customer engagement to evaluate trade-offs and influence Platform roadmap by driving alignment across divergent opinions

· Strong Communication and articulation skills to manage stakeholder expectations as well as communicating impact effectively to Senior Leadership

· Strong analytical skills to define metrics and drive optimizations in a data driven and agile manner

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in industry-leading infrastructure systems (Azure & other clouds, Kubernetes, Containers) and in operating Web services

· Strive for process excellence when it comes to documentation, planning and grooming project priorities strongly collaborating with Engineering
