towriteclearandaccuratereports;Willingnesstocompleteextensivetraining;andPhysicalagility.

Educa on and Experience CompletionofhighschoolorGEDrequired;FamiliaritywithMi-

crosoftOfficeapplicationsispreferred.

Special Requirements AcurrentKansasdriverslicense;Mustbe18yearsofage;Mustbe

abletomeetallstateminimumstoqualifyasapoliceofficerotherthantheagerequirement;

MustagreetoattendtheKansasLawEnforcementTrainingCenterforbasictraininguponturning

21yearsofage;Mustcompleteanyadvancedtrainingasassigned;Mustbeavailabletowork

nights,overtime,inshifts,holidays,andweekends.

Physical Requirements Primarilymoderatetooccasionallyintensephysicaleffortisrequired;

andIndividualmustbeabletosit,stand,walk,crouch,grasp,speak,andlistenforextendedperi-

odsof me.

Working Condi ons Workinvolvesfrequentexposuretounpleasantelements,suchasextreme

Salary Range Thesalaryforthisposi onis\$16.56to\$24.01perhour,dependingonyourquali-
