Job Description

We are seeking an advanced practice provider to join one of the nation’s most integrated healthcare systems, with over 1,200 providers in Indianapolis, IN. This opportunity delivers care at our Community Heart and Vascular Hospital location at 8075 N Shadeland Ave, Suite 200, Indianapolis, IN.

Highlights

Community Health Network is seeking an experienced, board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established CT Surgery team in North Indianapolis.

• Cardiothoracic surgery opportunity including surgery, inpatient rounding, and clinic

• 4 10’s schedule with 1-2 weeknights of evening call. 1-2 weekends of call (per month)

Experience

• CT surgery APP experience, or relevant surgical specialty experience is required. EVH experience is strongly preferred. Clinical rounding and bedside procedural skills as an APP, such as central lines, chest tubes, and arterial lines is highly preferred.

Licensure & Certification

• Board Certification required

• Indiana medical license will be required

Additional Information

• Must be flexible in schedule of hours worked based on the access needs of the patient population being served.
