Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Indianapolis, Indiana

Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a meticulous Call Center Specialist, located in INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana. You will be an essential part of our team, responsible for providing top-tier customer service, handling customer applications, maintaining records, and resolving inquiries. This position is 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality customer service via various channels such as phone, email, and chat

• Open, manage, and resolve customer trouble tickets efficiently

• Clearly and concisely explain product options and related charges to customers

• Efficiently navigate through customer service systems and tools, primarily CRM applications

• Uphold call center metrics and quality scores

• Inform customers about promotions, new products, or upgrades

• Provide customers with rate quotations

• Conduct research, data entry, and email correspondence tasks as necessary.

Requirements • Demonstrated expertise in Customer Service

• Proficiency in Data Entry tasks

• Ability to conduct thorough Research

• Excellent skills in Email Correspondence

• Experience in providing Customer Quotes

• Familiarity with the Payments - Corporate industry

• Previous experience in a Call Center Specialist role is preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Exceptional problem-solving skills

• High level of organization and attention to detail

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment

• Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications

• Excellent time management skills.
