TEKsystems IT Process Analyst in Indianapolis, Indiana


As a Process Improvement Analyst, you’ll develop and assist in implementation

of process improvement activities throughout the organization. You’ll

also coordinate compliance-related activities and process improvement efforts

for Business Continuity. Devise new ways to ensure reliability of this

program and build out new mechanisms to make continuity plans easier for

Security and IT, and, ensure compliance

As our Process Improvement Analyst, you will:

  • Constantly ask, “How can we do better?” and provide your expertise to help teams improve their processes

  • Be the “doer” and innovate new ways of doing things – facilitate process improvement projects to meet business expectations

  • Identify and drive workflow improvement solutions

  • Advise process owners with implementation plans for process change; facilitate process improvement projects

  • Identify and monitor metric targets and action plans to prevent and resolve issues

    To be a successful Process Improvement Analyst, we’re looking for the


    · You’ve introduced new automation processes and techniques to

    existing procedures to improve a company’s overall productivity and

    responsiveness to real-time data

    · You’ve been successful at analyzing and recommending process

    metrics and reporting to meet business expectations

    · Understanding and application of process improvement principles and

    using tools to implement improvement strategies

    · Green Belt or Black Belt certification; or specific training,

    certification, and/or experience with Lean Six Sigma
