Job Summary

Support the customer experience and market parts, service, and other company products. Duties will include support for logistics associated with customer parts and service needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

-Markets parts and service sales such as machine inspections, overhauls, standard job quotes, and special parts and service promotions.

-Assist with service manager duties when the service manager is not present.

-Assist parts department with customer service for counter and internal customers, restocking of inventory, inventory counts, and traveling to other locations to pick up or deliver parts.

-Sell consumer products to walk-in customers at the location

-Assist with scheduling and occasional conducting of pick up, delivery, and transport equipment for sales and service.

-Assist sales with pre delivery inspections and add on installations.

-Address customer concerns and help furnish timely remedies to effectively and satisfactorily resolve the specific issue(s).

-Provide limited technical support where applicable.

-Perform other duties assigned by location management team.

Position Qualifications

-1-3 years experience in an agricultural related role with involvement in activities such as sales, service, training, production, or other related work.

-Knowledge of database software, computer application systems and ability to use standard desktop applications such as Google Docs and Microsoft Office.

-Excellent oral and written communication skills.

-Ability to work individually and part of a team

-High School diploma

-Ability to lift at least 75 pounds.
