Boehringer Ingelheim Project Manager Compliance & Integrity in Ingelheim, Germany
The Position
Located in Ingelheim, the Corporate Compliance & Integrity (C&I) team at Boehringer Ingelheim thrives in a dynamic, transformative environment, serving as a robust ally in crafting, executing, and enhancing our risk-based, business-focused compliance framework.
As Project Manager, you will be a key player in our team, leading select high-priority projects, spanning transformational, strategic, tactical, and organizational initiatives. This role also involves coaching and advising project leads across C&I functions, enabling the seamless execution of our C&I strategy and fostering operational and organizational growth and enhancement.
Tasks & responsibilities
Spearheading C&I-wide projects, you will be at the forefront, guiding cross-functional, international teams staffed with both internal and external resources.
Your role will involve crafting the project's blueprint, setting its objectives, phases, timelines, staffing, and key milestones, based on senior leadership guidance.
Fostering a harmonious relationship, you will ensure close collaboration with stakeholders.
In addition, you will be responsible for a defined project budget.
Lastly, you will promote and drive new working methodologies, fostering an agile mindset, and inspiring change within C&I through a positive, visionary image of agile working.
Requirements
Master’s degree or diploma in business administration, economics or equivalent
Strong consulting background, significant project management experience and proven track record in leading transformation and re-organization
Leading track record in complex transformations or projects / strategic projects
High affinity to enabling functions, operations and processes, strategy, service organizations, outsourcing, standardization and digitization
Business acumen and stakeholder orientation
Excellent communication skills, high level of persuasiveness, persistence and governance with sound judgement, incl. a very good command of English (oral and written)
