Position: Inventory Warehouse Lead

Compensation: $19-$22 per hour

Core Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead a team of logistics professionals to ensure organizational standards are met

• Maintain, and improve KPI requirements (both internal and external)

• Ensure staffing levels are adequate

• Help to process daily shipments via common carrier, integrator, and freight forwarder

• Communicating with customer and vendors globally, both in writing and verbally

• Work within multiple ERP platforms, WMS and MRP systems to ensure accurate inventory control

• Light warehouse tasks such as labeling, coordinating trucking schedules, etc.

• Performs other related duties as assigned by management

  Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience supervising a 3PL warehouse is a plus

• Familiarity with managing to a P&L

• Candidate must be strong with using Excel, Word, and ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle

• Understanding and working knowledge of UPS WorldShip and FedEx Power ship

• Proficient experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Power Point and Excel

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with candidates and employees 

• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal   

• This candidate must be able to work effectively in a highly cross-functional organization, as well as work independently

• Requires the ability to make judgments and work with minimum supervision
