Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Credit Clerk in Irving, Texas. This role is primarily focused on Sales Support within the telecom provider industry. The Credit Clerk will be entrusted with the responsibility of managing and processing customer credit applications, maintaining customer credit records, and resolving any credit-related inquiries. The role also entails monitoring customer credit accounts and taking appropriate action to collect overdue payments.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications

• Maintain and update customer credit records regularly

• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries related to credit

• Keep a close eye on customer credit accounts to identify any overdue payments

• Take action to collect delinquent payments in a timely manner

• Cold call potential clients to generate new leads for the business

• Utilize CRM, Microsoft Office Suites, and other tools to track and organize leads

• Collaborate with the sales team to set meetings and close deals

• Maintain relationships with potential clients until the deal is closed

• Use your skills in lead generation campaigns and sales planning to increase sales. Requirements • Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office Suites including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.

• Demonstrated experience in Customer Service.

• Ability to execute Cold Calling strategies effectively.

• Experience in designing and implementing Lead Generation Campaigns.

• Proven track record in driving Lead Generation and increasing sales.

• Experience in Outside Sales and Retail Sales.

• Familiarity with Sales and Operations Planning.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure in a professional manner.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

• Willingness to continually learn about new products and improve selling skills.

• High level of integrity and a strong commitment to maintaining professional conduct at all times.
