Job Description
The Talent Development Specialist position offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a collaborative team while creating and delivering content and curricula for our Leading@EisnerAmper Pathways and early career programs. We are seeking a self-motivated individual who can facilitate training sessions, understands adult learning principles, leverages technology to enhance learner experiences, and keeps up to date with the evolving skill set that is needed to grow into a leader within the profession.

Numerous Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to support our Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DE&I) efforts
Identify learning needs to design and develop instructional materials that produce world class learning experiences
Design and deliver content and curricula specifically for the Leading@EisnerAmper Pathways and our early career programs
Facilitate and support instructor led sessions both in person and virtually
Project manage impactful talent development projects; delivering on time, on budget and with measurable output and outcomes
Work with subject matter experts to generate content/re-purpose existing content for digital-first and mobile-first formats
Visually communicate ideas and write engaging copy to produce effective learning and performance support resources (job aids/templates) using instructional design methodologies
Use learning technologies, including video, audio, etc. to deliver compelling and highly relevant digital learning for distribution to global audiences
Identify and evaluate metrics to gauge learner acceptance, performance outcomes, user adoption and performance gains
Bachelor's degree
1+ years of experience producing virtual meetings and/or training sessions.
Proficiency in Office 365 including ability to summarize, interpret and present data
Demonstrates strong written and oral communication skills
Facilitation skills in both in-person and virtual mediums
Possesses knowledge of adult learning theory
Project management and organizational skills
Performs and manages multiple tasks simultaneously
Persuades and influences decision makers
Works well under pressure and with time constraints
Is a process thinker focused on continuous improvement
LMS/LXP experience preferred
Articulate 360/Vyond or other learning platform experience a plus
