We are looking for an Data Management and Sales Development Specialist for our Marketing and Growth Strategies Department.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or relevant field

• Strong knowledge of data management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to handle many assignments simultaneously

• Very good command of English both written and spoken

• Efficiently work under pressure and deadlines to complete assigned task

• Communicate insight and ideas effectively

• Positive “can do” attitude, clear thinker, innovative and result oriented

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  Job Description

• Maintaining high-data quality of Aon’s data management tools

• Develop and implement data management strategies to ensure data accuracy and integrity

• Working closely with sales teams to understand the needs and support business growth

• Analyze data management systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions.

• Generating leads with analyzing internal and external data - analyzing the data to create more efficient leads for sales team.

• Studies Aon’s global data management capabilities to support local growth

• Creating and managing dashboards

• Working on the automation of client reports to support the teams and to creating an Aon United approach for our internal and external reports.
