AON FP&A Controlling Senior Specialist in Istanbul, Turkey

We are looking for an FP&A Controlling Senior Specialist in our Finance Team.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

  • University degree in Economics, Business Administration or Finance from a reputable university

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position in Financial Planning and Controlling Departments (preferably in a multinational company)

  • Good knowledge of MS Office Applications (especially Excel and Powerpoint)

  • Fluent written and spoken English

  • Experience in IFRS/USGAAP reporting

  • Technical knowledge of accounting

  • Teamwork oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Analytical mind with strong planning and organizational skills

    What the day will look like

  • Support company’s budgeting, forecasting and reporting process

  • Monitore business results on a monthly basis, analize variances from budget/forecast and assist in presenting related analysis to management

  • Prepare monthly management reports

  • Perform month-end closure activities

  • Perform monthly revenue controls and prepare revenue walk reports

  • Perform monthly intercompany reconciliations
