Job Description:

Our client is currently seeking Project Managers for their Jacksonville office (will take PM level on 1 of the openings if the candidate has experience with a $10-15M project).

Duties:

• Be the primary point of contact between the owner and Scorpio

• Develop and maintain the construction project schedule

• Update and project job costs

• Conduct Owner/Architect/Engineer Meetings

• Process change events & associated change orders

• Review and approve subcontractor pay apps & field invoices

• Assist superintendent with site logistics & management

• Participate in site safety

• Review project quality

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• PM needs $10M minimum project experience, sr pm needs $25M+.

• 10+ years of construction project management experience, preferably within our core project types

• Successfully started and finished project of $20M and above

• Expertise in construction costs, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering practices

• Strong presentation skills

Selling Points:

• Truck allowance 400/month and 300 fuel. Provide laptop/phone. Performance bonuses 20% of salary paid out every july.

• Currently 60 employees in company HQ in Gainesville and has 3 people in Jax right now.

• No one travels, all local work. try to keep people 1 hr from home.
