Citigroup Sr. Analyst - Digital Learning Technology: Content & Assessments in Jacksonville, Florida
The Content & Assessments Sr Analyst role within the Digital Learning Technology team is responsible for supporting the full lifecycle of Citi Learning’s content libraries and assessment tools. The core components of this role are focused on ensuring the health of our content libraries (e.g. Udemy, Harvard Manage Mentor, Intuition, etc.) and assessment tools (e.g. Myers Briggs, Hogan, etc.), analyzing and reporting on usage/ROI, selecting and onboarding of new platforms, and managing our vendor relationships.
Responsibilities
Manages multiple technology initiatives with a focus on creating and managing the project plan, stakeholder management plan, central project issue log and detailed reporting to senior leaders
Consults with business partners to identify issues, generate solutions, and choose appropriate alternatives using root cause analysis
Collaborates closely with stakeholders, business partners and product champions to understand and capture business needs to identify existing or new solutions
Documents project scope, requirements, dependencies and technology integrations
Participates in workgroups for system implementations, including (but not limited to) change management and communications
Tracks project progress and proactively identifies and escalates potential areas of risk
Manages the Request for Proposal process for new platforms
Promotes good working relationships across projects, exemplifying the people skills needed to develop trust and communication among stakeholders, sponsors and project team members
Partners with implementation services and technology teams to onboard new technology and complete processes associated to Citi security, data privacy and architecture through the implementation phase
Engages with our vendors to sustain a healthy relationship by maintaining product awareness and addressing new needs or challenges
Configures learning systems to achieve the desired outcome, while managing and promoting applicable new features and capabilities
Owns and maintains platform profiles, dashboards, reporting and analytics
Contributes to defining and prioritizing the product roadmap for learning systems
Qualifications
2+ years project management experience
Ability to develop detailed project plans and manage individual deadlines and goals
Organized and efficient with a meticulous attention to detail
Committed self-starter with a demonstrated history of a strong work ethic and reliable task completion
Experience managing vendor relationships
Strong consulting and relationship building skills
Clear and concise communication skills with the ability to tailor content by audience
Awareness of onboarding requirements (information security, architecture review, cross border data privacy, SaaS) a plus
Comprehensive knowledge of the principles of business analysis
Highly proficient in MS Office applications, MS Project, MS PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Professional
Awareness of risk management process a plus
Experience working with learning systems a plus

$79,120.00 - $118,680.00
