Responsibilities

Provides a supervisory role in the support, or coordination of support, for systems or modules across multiple clinical and/or business functions. Demonstrates understanding of the impact IT has on business environment and is able to communicate it to the organization. This includes analysis and support for installed systems, as well as system implementation and integration projects, which require systems analysis, design, testing and implementation for specific modules or applications. Makes judgments and takes any reasonable action required to accomplish agreed-to project objectives. This position requires significant capacity to manage multiple competing objectives and to communicate complex technical information in clear and unambiguous terms to management and the business units.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline with a minimum of 6 years relevant experience. 10 years relevant experience without a degree will be considered. Masters degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience.

Additional Qualifications

Able to resolve complex problems and/or coordinate the resolution and communication across the organization as well as externally with various vendors and business partners. Excellent interpersonal skills including conflict resolution.

License or Certification

CIIP required within 2 years

Schedule Details

Monday through Friday, normal business hours, with some expectation to have flexibility during upgrades, downtimes, or system installations. Expected start date is early July, 2024.

Weekend Schedule

Typically, no weekend coverage, with the exception of occasionally being available if needed.
