Location : Jakarta (may require travels to other sites)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team and ensure the smooth operation of MEPF equipment, including UPSs, generators, fire systems, and leak detection systems

  • Conduct daily huddles with the technical team to facilitate shift handovers and follow-ups

  • Review and establish follow-ups for BMS alarms from the night shift

  • Coordinate 52 weeks PPM and prepare change request submissions for stakeholder approval on a weekly basis

  • Manage vendor activities, including obtaining PTW, MOS, and RA for vendor activities

  • Coordinate with vendors for timely quotations and approvals for break fix tasks

  • Receive purchase orders and prepare GIR for timely invoicing

  • Participate in weekly change approval meetings for campus technical rooms/infrastructure PPM works

  • Ensure KPI/SLA for planned PPM works are met by closing out work orders on time

  • Manage reactive work orders on a day-to-day basis and close them within SLA

  • Escalate incidents through ServiceNow (BIR, problem management) within 1 hour

  • Assist engineers in planning annual power down maintenance and CIP works in the campus

  • Assist in preparing drafts of new assets and retiring old assets in REALMs

  • Prepare drafts of new assets PPMs in accordance with the Client's OMM for engineer review

  • Provide 24/7 offsite support for breakdown calls

  • Conduct periodic walk-throughs of the campus, prepare summary findings, and propose resolutions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in team management

  • Background in electrical engineering (ideal)

  • Flexibility to travel to other sites as needed

  • Familiarity with MEP equipment, such as UPSs, generators, fire systems, and leak detection systems

  • Previous experience in facilities management (preferred)

  • Experience in the banking industry (preferred)
