JOB REQUIREMENTS: Overview HR Opportunity Janesville or Rockford Location Full time with benefits Responsible for assisting Business Partner\'s with and organizing employment functions of the HR Department. May be required to work overtime during peak periods. Performs other duties as assigned. Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist with general orientation (includes room set up, preparing new hire packets, collecting new hire paperwork. Back up for new hire paperwork for employees hired outside of general orientation. Coordinates recruitment activities including scheduling of interviews, reference checking, internal references, sending no letters, and primary sourcing education. Enter job postings and job summary data in the applicant tracking system Organize job fairs and possibly participate when needed. Schedule job shadowing and mentoring requests Assist with exit/stay interviews. Submits for reimbursement of certification/licensures Acts as back up for tracking payments, repayments, and collections of sign-on bonuses, scholarships, tuition reimbursement, and payroll deduction as needed. Acts as back up for Caregiver background checks as needed.
