Job Duties and Qualifications
Responsible for preparing comprehensive proposals and bid preparations for customer evaluation
Responsibilities
Responding to tender requests (ITT, RFP, RFQ)
Coordinate bid process from document review to submission
Liaise with internal team members during the tendering/contract process
Ensure customer defined requirements are met in tender response
Manage post-award contract documentation
Support BD with query response, ad-hoc reporting, and data analysis
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related fields
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to manage workloads to meet project deadlines.
High attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in using Salesforce is a plus
