Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description
As a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of all buildings and machinery within the facilities, excluding IT-related hardware. Your role includes acting as the primary contact for all Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and statutory audits concerning facilities issues. You will liaise between tenants and landlords, coordinate schedules for internal resources and external contractors for various building needs such as HVAC systems, water coolers, vending machines, electrical systems, and more. You will also manage the maintenance of production equipment, ensure compliance with building codes, review floor plans for compliance, and maintain an up-to-date library of architectural and engineering drawings. Additionally, you will act as an Emergency Coordinator and assist in regulated waste management.
