Description

Senior Marketing Manager, Online Merchants is single threaded owner for all the visibility, promotions, communications, research and customer insights; leading to driving awareness and preference for Amazon Pay products (Balance, UPI, Pay Later) at leading Online Merchants in India (e.g. Swiggy, Uber, Zomato etc).

This role requires candidate to exhibit high Ownership and Bias for Action, to drive customer backward marketing campaigns, insist on highest standards in defining & executing the communications and creatives and earn trust of partner teams, to drive scalable & repeatable campaigns. This role also requires high level on persistence, dive deep & Learn and Be Curious to identify new channels and ways to effectively reach out to customers.

Basic Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

• 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience

• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

• Experience communicating results to stakeholders

• Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners

• Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
