Job Description

This role works within a team to enhance the user consumption of IT services as a wholistic solution; focused on Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, Endpoint Administration, Vulnerability Management, Mobile Device Management.

 The successful candidate will possess deep technical acumen in enterprise Endpoint Management, M365 Administration, and PowerShell Scripting and Automation.

 Lead efforts related to the management and administration of all devices, platforms, and projects under team purview.

 Embrace and enable change and transformation in technology related to Endpoint Management.

 Lead efforts of Endpoint Vulnerability Management program and Security Benchmarking initiative

 Take on architecture/design and administrative duties for Endpoint, MDM, MEM, and VDI systems (Citrix and AVD).

 Subject matter expertise in the following: SCCM/MECM, Intune or equivalent UEM platforms, GPO/GPP, PowerShell, All Windows Iterations, iOS/Android, FSLogix, Azure, AVD, and WSUS

 Advanced skills in PowerShell scripting and usage of MS Graph. Adept in automation, software deployment/lifecycle, and creative solution development.

Skills and Requirements

5+ Years of enterprise experience in all areas of Endpoint Management.

 Exceptional proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.

 Demonstrated experience with SCCM, Intune, M365 Administration and Windows Desktop operating systems.

Immediate Goals

 Lead efforts to implement and support Windows 11 and Azure Virtual Desktop projects.

 Align with IAM team to support automated Okta workflows for identity management.

 Align with IT Security team to support Vulnerability Management objectives.

 Assist in defining and executing a long-term strategic implementation for endpoint management. null
