UMB Bank ITSM ServiceNow Asst Admin in Kansas City, Missouri

UMB Bank NA, seeks an ITSM ServiceNow Assistant Administrator for Kansas City, MO, with option to telecommute, work from anywhere within US.

Responsibilities:

The ITSM ServiceNow Assistant Administrator is responsible for performing systems software development job duties to contribute to the organization’s design and delivery of technical solutions that are developed on the Service Now platform. Obtain and analyze business requirements and develop technical and function requirements. Develop, design, and contribute to rollout of new applications modules, workflows and catalog requests. Develop, document, and support the operation of the system software platform. Configure and customize system software, including, screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, custom scripting and third-party software integrations. Adapt existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex system software problems. Perform additional ITSM service now administrator duties, as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field;

  • ITIL Foundation Certification or similar; and

  • Three years of experience which must include experience in the following:

  • Service Now platform processes, development practices and standards,

  • Flow/Workflow development and system integrations,

  • ITIL/ITSM framework and environment,

  • Service Now ITOM discovery and Service Mapping,

  • Creating and maintaining dashboards and reporting, including scheduled reports,

  • Creating, maintaining, and enhancing forms, views, groups, roles, UI pages, and UI macros, and

  • Creating and configuring business rules, UI policies, UI actions, client scripts, access controls, script includes, including advanced scripting of each.

  • Position also requires demonstrated knowledge of: HTML, Windows operating systems, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, Bootstrap 3, REST/SOAP APIs, Content Management fundamentals, problem solving abilities and SQL.
