We are a supplier of network solutions for the industry and our target is to provide expert technical service and support for 5G network solutions.

What will be your main responsibilities?

• You consult and train customers on the use of SIEMENS industrial 5G networks in the industry-, energy- and transportation sector

• Design and specification of solutions for industrial networks based on industrial Ethernet and industrial 5G networks-

• Execution of 5G surveys at customer’s premises and industrial 5G planning

• Optimization of existing 5G installation and implementations of improvements

• Configuration of 5G components, integration, and test of 5G solutions

• Creation of test procedures for 5G installations and trouble shooting

• Development, maintenance, and execution of worldwide trainings and workshops

• Preparation of quotes for network services (clarification/amendment of demands, defining the scope of services with customers)

• Creation of network documentation and service reports

Required Knowledge and Skills

• University degree in (tele-) communication or IT engineering

• Experience with network implementation and configuration

• Preferably 3–5-year experience as network engineer/consultant, preferably for tele-communication and mobile-communication

• Experience with 5G, Ethernet, PROFINET and wireless technology

• Proven ability to build trusting relationships with sales and customers

• Knowledge of industrial network implementation in the automotive industry is an advantage

• Interculturally open, keen on communication and confident in presenting across all hierarchical levels

• English for daily business communication

• Willingness to travel
