As a temporary contractor, you’ll be employed by our Managed Service Provider, Magnit Global, who manages most of our temporary contract hiring. You will not be employed by Diageo.

HR Process Design & Governance Lead - Workday

Duties

As a business process manager, your primary duties include ensuring that your ideas conform to the organization's long-term business strategy and collaborating with different departments so processes work in harmony. You also report on the entire implementation procedure.

Skills

T echnical Workday Experience is must to have

Typically 12 year experience working across HR processes and systems

Experience in HR process management at both an operational and strategic level in a multi-country environment

Integration Development - Investigate the business and technical requirements for the Workday web services

Performs Workday implementation tasks, Develops and conducts data integrity audits on Workday implementation

Knowledge of localization and legislative requirements in various countries in Western Europe U

Act as a point of contact for the project / stakeholder for delivery of Workday Integrations

Plan, lead and execute Workday implementations including leading global project teams

Workday report development, testing and validation

Design and implement requirements in the Workday HR modules & solution

Participate in Global Workday Deployments

Investigate the business and technical requirements for the Workday solution
