Purpose of role

· Actively contribute to data-focused projects that require a data governance and quality point-of-view · Exercise strong leadership abilities working both independently and with project teams to understand, research, determine, document, and communicate data quality direction

· Utilize deep knowledge of data needs/requirements and continually expand business understanding as you work to determine effective solutions to data quality challenges, some of which may require change in business processes

· Utilize strong influencing and communication skills as you will need to direct analytics and business partners towards resolution of data quality problems

· Work to elevate greater understanding across the D&A and business communities of the role of data governance and the importance of sustaining quality data

Top 3-5 Accountabilities:

· Collaborate as a data governance & quality expert with key partners and the business to understand requirements and find creative and flexible solutions resolve problems

· Possess a good understanding of data management processes and an ability to perform basic analytics

· Analytical Skills - Ability to determine basic analysis required to solve business problems

Qualifications and Experience Required

· 4+ experience in Data Governance/Analytics'

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology/Statistics/Economics. Preferably master’s in management/technology/analytics

· Agile Mindset

· Microsoft 365 productivity tools

· English language proficiency

· Strong understanding of BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, MSTR, Tableau or Qlik sense
