Job Title: Laser Operator

Job Description

Seeking a skilled Laser Operator with a minimum of 2 years of experience in laser setup and operation. The ideal candidate should also have at least 1 year of experience in blueprint reading and using quality inspection equipment. This role involves building industrial radiators for diverse environments such as warehouses, production facilities, and data centers. The candidate will report directly to the Welding Lead and indirectly to the Fabrication Manager, and will collaborate closely with other fabrication department employees.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

We have opportunities available on both 1st and 2nd shifts. The 1st shift runs Monday to Friday from 5am to 1:30pm, while the 2nd shift follows a Monday to Thursday schedule from 1:30pm to Midnight, with optional work on Fridays. The facility is clean and organized but not temperature controlled, which can lead to warmer conditions in the summer. As part of our future focus, the role will contribute to new initiatives, particularly in developing radiators for data centers.
