Radial, Inc. seeks Director, Software Engineering in King of Prussia, PA.

• Job Duties: Direct large-scale and complex development initiatives, implement process improvements, and proactively manage resources and delivery. Lead a software development engineering team responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, integrating, testing, and deploying new and existing software application programs. Manage and motivate a team of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality products and services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Provide leadership and guidance on standards, best practices for services implementation, and developer productivity tools by constantly incorporating the best-in-class technologies and standards. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Collaborate with delivery teams during both design and development phases to ensure adherence to UI architectural standards and best practices.Telecommuting Permitted.

• Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, or a closely related quantitative field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or two (2) years of experience in the field of Software Development, Solution Architect, or related occupation
