Job Description:

We are looking for a Global Product Manager for Services and Partnerships, r esponsible for driving global market share of our solutions, owns existing product portfolio and lifecycle, and defines the future solutions aligned with company strategy, incl. launches and ownership of KPIs and revenue targets.

Downstream responsibilities

Owns and manages existing and new portfolio from initial idea of innovation to launches incl. pricing, positioning, value proposition, set-up in systems, registrations and commercialization in markets .

Defines portfolio growth targets and KPIs and budgets, and tracks them together with revenue targets with proposals of countermeasures to drive global market share of our solutions.

Drives product launches with regional sales/marketing organizations worldwide.

Analyzes performance solutions / products and helps to drive sales by partnering with regions.

Identifies, interacts and builds relationships with key internal/external speakers and industry experts.

Supports global and regional events and assists countries in selected training activities.

Upstream responsibilities

Identifies opportunities to grow global market share together with regional organizations.

Develops long-term roadmaps of innovations, strategies and business cases for new or improved products and services derived from customer needs, sales inputs, markets global trends as well as regional opportunities.

Provides input to the overall product portfolio strategy following the project funnel and prioritization process.

Supports product development projects in close cooperation with Project Management, R&D and Regulatory Affairs and/or third-parties to create value, meet target deadlines and cost targets.

Defines the complete Marketing-Mix and T&E approach, key talking points and content and claims for collateral hand in hand with supporting functions.

Manages lifecycle of portfolio on a global scale.

Job Requirements:

Critical Knowledge and Qualifications:

  • Solid education in Marketing or Product Management

  • BA/BSc or equivalent, Certified Dental Technician or Master degree in business administration or engineering is a plus

Critical Skills/technical know-how:

  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

  • Good networker. Able to work cross functionally and cross regionally in a dynamic environment

  • Structured and professional worker

  • Willingness to travel

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Good presentation skills

  • Diplomatic skills and representative appearance

  • Strong, convincing, trustworthy and highly ethical person

  • Team player with excellent teamwork skills

  • Work experience in international environment

  • Proven skills and experience in PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Word

Critical Experience:

  • Proven track record in previous product management/marketing role to successfully bring new innovation to the market and to manage a portfolio

  • 5+ years of marketing/product management experience or similar

  • Proven management and project management experience (budget / timing / leadership)

  • Experience in pharma / medical device / dentistry is a distinct advantage

  • Willingness to travel 20%
