What is the Job all about?

The Project Management Officer plays a crucial role in planning, monitoring, and facilitating the effective implementation of Energy Optimization activities in the IMEA region. The ability to collaborate across departments and communicate effectively with stakeholders is essential for ensuring the overall growth of these projects.

This role will be directly reporting to the Digital Sales Development Manager and to be based in Turkey.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Delegate and assign specific tasks or responsibilities to individuals or teams within Energy Optimisation partner community.

  • Empower partners by giving them ownership of certain aspects of the project.

  • Monitor project process and progress to ensure targets are met.

  • Identify and address potential issues or delays and implement corrective actions to keep initiatives on track.

  • Engage with external partners or stakeholders involved in the projects with a clear communication of expectations, timelines, and desired outcomes.

  • Be adaptable to ensure the success of the overall project.

Your background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience from a large international company working in a business development role.

  • Experience working in a Sales or Business Development role.

  • English proficiency

  • Able to frequent travel
