Introduction

The IBM Cloud and Service Provider Security product management team is seeking a highly motivated GTM product manager to help accelerate the Security SW business with service providers. Nearly 50% of the Security SW business goes through business partners, inclusive of Global Systems Integrators and Managed Security Service Providers. In this role, you will work very closely with these specific partner channels to align their GTM strategy with Security SW business priorities, and ensure they are fully enabled to drive market outcomes.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Engagement with IBM Business partners and Global System integrators

• Define Enablement & Marketing scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with management, project sponsors, product owners, architects, and other stakeholders.

• Lead the Enablement execution and delivery, while also helping stakeholder teams align enablement with the overall project vision.

• Identify and manage project dependencies, critical path items, and project risks for Enablement programs.

• Plan, schedule, and track Enablement status, timelines and milestones.

• Develop and deliver progress reports to management and other stakeholder including issue/action item logs, status, and risks.

• Conduct post-enablement reviews and make recommendations for continuous excellence in enablement execution and delivery.

• Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of the program.

• Develop and advocate best practices and tools for Enablement execution and management.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience in product marketing, enablement or product management roles.

• Is passionate about technology and what it can do - eager to help others benefit from what's possible.

• Anticipates, creates, and defines innovative and visionary concepts in a strategic environment.

• Experience in one of the technology areas in Cybersecurity like Threat Management, Threat hunting, Incident Response, Data Security, Identity Management

• Ability to present, position IBM Security Solutions to internal and external stakeholders

• Demonstrable ability to develop technical content, presentations, including architectures, Battle Cards, blogs, etc.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to develop relationships with clients and team collaboration,

• Help advance and manage content strategies across teams, with an eye on competitors' content, a sharp focus on target personas, and a view across multiple channels, including social media.

• Manage ad hoc content requests and maintain updated content.

• Demonstrate best practices for content development, design, and publish.
