Marketing Coordinator - Seasonal

Work Mode: Remote

Location: Kohler, WI

Opportunity

This position is a summer seasonal role.

BASIC FUNCTION

Under the direction of a Senior Channel Manager and Key Account Manager, intern would assist team members in ongoing projects related to integrated marketing plans and featured product launches.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project Management – Work collaboratively with communications and product departments to outline, plan, and execute various communication assets (i.e. product catalog, pricebook, bi-monthly newsletters, etc.)

• Product Launch Support – Assist the marketing and sales team in creating display promotions and product launch tools (i.e. sales presentations, sell sheets, pricing files, etc.)

• Event Planning – Help coordinate product launch events in major markets.

• Asset Organization – Help organize images and other assets in digital asset management (DAM) system and on shared file server

• Reporting – Assist marketing team in monthly reporting preparation. Pull and organize data; work with external agencies to ensure information is delivered in a timely manner; prepare slide deck

• Collateral Management— Assist in the development and sourcing of collateral; manage inventory

Skills/Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Presently enrolled in a graduate degree program: Business, or Communications majors considered

• Effective analytical, communication (written, oral, and presentation) skills.

• Able to work on a variety of projects simultaneously, while managing own time.

• Picks up knowledge quickly, strong leadership, highly reliable and positive attitude.

• Microsoft Office skills required. Need to be extremely proficient in Excel and PowerPoint (provide documentation of classes/workshops taken.)
