Specific Responsibilities

• Providing quality food and beverage service in accordance to standards set for The American Club

• Ensuring appearance of food and beverages being served are within standards

• Following proper food and liquor handling procedures

• Maintaining complete working knowledge of hotel layout, proper serving etiquette and guest relation expectations, guest check procedures, correct maintenance and use of all equipment, department and resort offerings, all company policies and procedures, and safety practices

This is a part-time position. Shifts will vary between 3pm and 11pm.Weekends are required.

Skills/Requirements

• Must be 18 or over

• Previous Serving or Bartending experience is required

• Ability to obtain their Learn 2 Serve Certificate upon hire.
