We are looking for HR Business Partner who will join our organization in ASSA ABLOY. Do you want to be a part of the greatest team that is always focused on people? Maybe this position is for you!

What you would do as our HR Business Partner:

You will provide HR guidance, resolve employee relations issues, and work with management to improve work relationships and productivity. You will have to act as consultant and align HR practices with business goals.

  • Provide support across all areas of employee relations including employee engagement, absence management, performance management in accordance with company values, policies, and procedures to create safe and enjoyable work experience in IT Infrastructure organization.

  • Understand issues and problems; help design and implement Employee Retention.

  • As a part of our global HR network, work alongside the business to develop policy implementation, support best practices, coach managers and team members alike, and be a key player in people development across the company.

  • Provide effective and efficient HR support and advisory to the organization, providing guidance and support managers and leaders in labour law aspects regarding whole employee lifecycle.

  • Being first point of contact for employees and managers matters

  • Own relations with different departments and external parties like payroll, recruiting team and consulting partners to ensure adequate service levels and value delivery.

  • Delivering payroll data on monthly basis

  • Coordination and supervision of scheduled and ad hoc reporting activities like payroll, work time, vacation, trainings etc.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other divisions to ensure cohesive delivery of HR programs and services to the local employees.

  • Collaborate with ASSA ABLOY group in HQ in the field of common projects, processes, and approaches.

    The skills and experience you need:

  • At least 4 years of successful work experience as an HR Generalist or HRBP, in fast-paced organization

  • Knowledge of polish Labour Law

  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and operational issues decisively.

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Interpersonal skills with a high professional level and positive mindset

  • Strong communication skills, Polish and English, written and spoken. Strong business acumen, consulting, analytical, project management, communication, presentation, negotiation, conflict management and problem-solving skills
