Description:

• ​Respond to policyholders’ enquiries offering appropriate solutions and information. Provide general policy information (such as verification and limits of coverage), claims information and renewal information to customers and vendors

• Enter all case-related documentation into the relevant systems

• Register new claims submission and manage email enquiries from customers / business unit (Singapore Business Unit)

• SME for BOT registration and provide update to the business unit.

Requirement:

• ​Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.

• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Full-Time position available

• Demonstrated customer service experience

• Ability to reason and solve complex problems

• Excellent interpersonal, telephone and computer skills

Work / pay details:

• Working hours: 5 working days (Monday – Friday)

• 08.30am – 05.30pm

• Per month 20 working days.

• PH: Observe Singapore Public Holiday
