現在改装中のホリデイ・イン京都五条は、2024年第4四半期に開業予定です。 美しい京都の中心に位置するこのシティホテルのオープンに向け、オーナーおよびIHGとパートナーシップを組み、ダイナミックで意欲的な総支配人を求めております。客室は183室、オールデイダイニングは最大80席まで対応可能で、宴会場ではさらに40席前後を追加することができます。 ホリデイ・インは、京都五条の中心に位置し、観光、家族連れ、ビジネスでの滞在に最適な拠点となります。

総支配人の役割は、ゲストにプレミアムなサービスと信頼できる一貫した体験を提供できるよう、すべての機能が効果的に運営されていることを確認し、経営陣を指導し、権限を与え、経営陣の強みを構築することにより、日々の運営を管理することです。従業員の明確な業績目標を設定し、定期的なフィードバックを提供します。また人材パイプラインを構築するために高い可能性を秘めた人材の育成を促進します。

ブランドアンバサダーとして、すべてのコミュニケーション、マーケティング施策、アクションの中心にブランドを据えます。ホリデーインのブランドプロミスや指針、市場知識、ソーシャルメディアを活用し、セールス＆マーケティングチームと協力して明確な戦略を提供しながら、競合に打ち勝つ方法を考えるようチャレンジします。また、短期的な行動や意思決定と、収益や将来の収益性を促進し、オーナーの株式に対する最大の投資収益率を実現するためのビジネスへの長期的な影響のバランスを取ることができます。

理想的な候補者は、ジェネラルマネージャーとして実績のある方が理想的です。多様なグループとの関係構築に強みを持ち、卓越したステークホルダー管理能力がこの職務の成功に最も重要となります。ホテル・アドミニストレーションまたはビジネス・アドミニストレーションの学士号またはそれに相当する学位をお持ちであれば尚可。日本語ネイティブ、またはビジネスレベルの読み書きと会話、また英語が話せれば理想的です。

現在、日本に居住し就労するための法的要件を満たしている方であれば国籍は問いません。

Holiday Inn Kyoto Gojo, currently under renovation, is scheduled to open in Q4 of 2024. We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious General Manager to partner with the owner and IHG to open this city hotel located at center of beautiful Kyoto. The hotel has 183 rooms with a large all-day dining, ability to cater up to 80 Seats which can overflow to the banquet area for additional 40 +/- seats. Holiday Inn will be the perfect base for tourists, families and business stays at the heart of the Kyoto Gojo location.

The role of the General Manager will be managing day-to-day operations of by leading, empowering and building on the strengths of the management team to ensure all functions are operating effectively so guests are offered a premium product and a reliable, consistent experience. You will establish clear performance goals for employees, provide regular feedback and facilitate the development of high-potential individuals to build a strong talent pipeline.

Acting as a Brand Ambassador, you will place the brand at the center of all communications, marketing initiatives and actions. You will use the Holiday Inn brand promise and guiding principles, market knowledge and social media, and work with the Sales and Marketing team to provide a clear strategy while challenging them to think of ways to beat the competition. You will also balance short-term actions and decision with the longer-term impact on the business to drive revenue, future profitability and deliver maximum return on investment for your owner’s equity.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a General Manager. Strength in building relationships with diverse groups as well as exceptional stakeholder management skills will be paramount in the success of this role. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hotel Administration or Business Administration will also be beneficial. Japanese native or business level in reading, writing and speaking, as well as English speaker would be ideal.

You must currently meet the legal requirements to live and work in Japan.
