HSE programs will be well implemented and meet the relevant standards and regulations in the Plant. That means you will ensure that facilities provided are well maintained, regulation/procedure are in place and implemented, hazards/aspects assessments are conducted, the accident both caused by unsafe acts and conditions are reduced and energy and waste are driven down.

How you will contribute

You will:

• Assist and lead the cultural transformation regarding HSE to help lead plant to achieve Zero accidents and Incidents

• Be responsible for coordinating and overseeing implementation of all Health & Safety programs and processes

• Participate in investigations to facilitate closure of identified non-conformances

• Provide Health and Safety expertise for the plant for all new projects and change management activities

• Follow up on non-conformances and develops the systems to resolve them based on root cause analysis

• Maintain an up-to-date incident reporting system, assist with investigating incidents in conjunction with the HSE Pillar team/safety committee and drive the completion of corrective actions to eliminate root causes/reoccurrence

• Develop technical guidance programs to identify and remove physical hazards`

What you will bring

• Experience in Environmental Health and Safety

• Must have completed Environmental Health and Safety training in areas such as OSHA, EPA, DNREC

• Experience in safety, and/or environmental technical standards

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with individuals at all levels

• Understanding and knowledge of regulatory reports and compliances including experience with ISO

Animation et coordination des plans d'actions

Anime l'analyse de risque du site et coordonne l'avancé des plans d'actions

Participe à la construction du master plan du site

Participe aux instances de comité de pilotage en tant que référant et pour aider à prioriser les actions

Construit, priorise et anime les plans d'actions de son activité

Réalise des audits, des contrôles réglementaires sur le terrain, analyse les écarts et met en places des mesures correctives

Met en place les procédures et s'assure de leur respect par les audits

Analyse les non conformités et met en place les plans d'action

Participe et anime des groupes de travail en transversal (méthode, plan d'action, conduite de réunion, communication)

Met à jour et analyse les différents indicateurs/tableaux de bord, les écarts et propose des plans d'actions

Organise son activité à partir d'objectifs pour atteindre le résultat

Assure un soutien technique sur son domaine d'activité

Anime les prestataires sur son domaine de responsabilité

Organisation et communication

Rédige et met à jour les documents dans son domaines d'activité (mode opératoires, procédures…)

Assure la communication sur la prévention des risques

Communique avec les interlocuteurs liés à son activité (internes et externes)

Anime la communication des plans d'action de son activité sur le site

Anime les outils de prévention

S'assure de la compréhension et de l'application des règles sur son activité

Animation et encadrement

Anime et coordonne l'activité de son périmètre

Sécurité/Qualité/Hygiène/Environnement

Réalise une veille documentaire sur son domaine d'experte

Respecte et fait appliquer les normes et procédures incontournables, en vigueur dans l'entreprise

Alerte en cas de dérives (normes Q/S/H/E, Standards …)

Activités associées de l'emploi / Amélioration continue/standard

Réalise les commandes et le suivi budgétaire des consomables (EPI, Produits nettoyage…)

Applique et fait appliquer les standards et procédures

Construit et anime des modules de formation dans le cadre de son domaine d'activité

Propose et réalise des solutions d'améliorations

Participe à des réunions
